Meet Scindapsus pictus 'Trebie'—a satin-leaved silver vine with larger, softly speckled leaves and a cool metallic finish. It has pothos-style ease, but prefers a little more patience with watering so the roots never sit wet.

  • Sunlight: Bright indirect light gives the best silver pattern. It tolerates medium light, but direct sun can scorch.
  • Best Room: A hanging pot, shelf or small support in a warm bright room.
  • Snacks: Feed monthly in spring and summer with a diluted houseplant feed.
  • Tropical Feels: Enjoys moderate humidity; very dry air can curl leaves.
  • Cosy Factor: Keep 16–27°C and avoid cold draughts.
  • Thirst: Let the top third to half of the mix dry before watering. Curling leaves can mean thirst, but check the soil first.
