  • Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves. An east-facing window is ideal. 
  • Ideal Room: Suitable for living rooms, offices, or any space with ample natural light.
  • Feeding: Fertilize monthly during the growing season (spring and summer) with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer diluted to half strength. (
  • Humidity: Prefers high humidity levels, ideally above 70%. Use a humidifier or place the plant on a humidity tray to maintain moisture.
  • Ideal Temperature: Best kept between 75°F and 85°F (24°C to 29°C). Protect from drafts and sudden temperature changes.
  • Watering: Keep the soil consistently moist but not soggy. Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Ensure the pot has good drainage to prevent root rot. 
  • Pet/Child Safe: Toxic to pets and children. Keep out of reach to prevent ingestion. 
  • Soil Type: Use a well-draining, airy potting mix rich in organic matter. A mix designed for aroids or orchids is suitable. 
  • Propagation: Propagate by stem cuttings with at least one node. Place the cutting in water or moist soil until roots develop.
  • Eventual Height and Spread: Can grow up to 2-3 feet (60-90 cm) tall with a spread of 1-2 feet (30-60 cm).
