  • Sunlight: Give bright indirect light to keep the variegated camouflage pattern strong. She will tolerate gentler light, but growth becomes slower and the pattern may look less crisp.
  • Best Room: A warm living room, plant cabinet, bright shelf or terrarium-style setup. Avoid cold windowsills and draughty doorways.
  • Snacks: Feed lightly once a month in spring and summer with a diluted houseplant feed. Too much fertiliser can mark the roots, so gentle is best.
  • Tropical Feels: Appreciates moderate to higher humidity, especially while producing new leaves. Very dry air can lead to crispy tips.
  • Cosy Factor: Keep warm, ideally 18–26°C. This is not a plant for cold rooms or sudden temperature swings.
