  2. We secure your plant from our confirmed allocation
  3. Photo confirmation is sent once your exact plant is selected
  4. Dispatch once health-checked and travel-ready

Expected Lead Time:
Typically 2–6 weeks from order date (can vary slightly depending on allocation arrival and plant readiness).

If a delay occurs, we’ll update you — and if we’re unable to supply your selected tier, you’ll be offered an alternative or a full refund.
