Introducing Collector’s Vault: Pre-Orders Sourced from Selected Growers

Some plants aren’t held in constant stock. Instead, they’re sourced to order from trusted growers, where availability is controlled, allocated, and often limited at source. Collector’s Vault was created to give collectors a clear, reliable way to pre-order these plants without relying on chance or restock timing.

What is Collector’s Vault?

Collector’s Vault is our pre-order collection for plants that we source directly from selected growers. These plants are not always held on site, but can be ordered in from our grower network when availability allows. Because supply is limited at grower level, numbers are controlled — making pre-order the most reliable way to secure them.

Why we use a pre-order model

• Grower availability is limited. Not all plants can be ordered at any time.
• Sourcing is deliberate. Plants are selected rather than mass-stocked.
• Collectors prefer certainty. Pre-ordering removes the need to chase restocks.

How Collector’s Vault pre-orders work

1. Select a plant from the Collector’s Vault collection.
2. Place your pre-order, allowing us to order from our selected growers.
3. Your plant is sourced once the grower allocation is confirmed.
4. Photo confirmation is completed once the plant is received and checked.
5. Dispatch when the plant is ready to travel safely.

Sourcing, availability & lead times

Each Collector’s Vault product includes an estimated lead time. In most cases, plants sourced through the Vault are supplied within 2–6 weeks, depending on grower schedules and plant readiness. If availability at source changes or timelines shift, we’ll keep you informed. If we’re unable to supply your pre-order, you’ll be offered an alternative or a full refund.

Plants sourced from growers will always show natural variation. Differences in size, form, and patterning are to be expected and reflect how plants are grown, selected, and matured. Images shown are representative of what can be sourced rather than an exact plant.
